The Executive Team holds regular strategic planning meetings to ensure that TUCON is operating effectively and meeting the most current needs of its clients.

Each Project team is led by a Project Executive to ensure that TUCON’s performance is meeting the client’s expectations. Frequent team meetings are held to discuss each project, answer questions and share information.
