Description: Renovation of existing 14-story office building with 11-story curtainwall in downtown Silver Spring. New masonry, curtainwall facades and a roof system were added requiring complete demolition and replacement of building interior. HVAC and electrical systems were replaced, the main lobby will receive wood paneled wall finishes and marble flooring.
