Description: The project included exterior as well as interior work. TUCON renovated and built an addition to a historic building in downtown Bethesda. The interior underwent complete demolition and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems with structural modifications. Storefront, EIFS, composite metal panels and canopies were installed. The interior has high-end finishes including paint, flooring, and custom millwork.
