This
combination new car dealership and service center with 28
service bays lies on a 6.5 acre site and features an outdoor
fountain plaza area. The steel frame building with masonry/
glass skin also contains a showroom with sales center. One
of the challenges of this project were the two 28" natural
gas pipelines running through the middle of it.
